Purpose of the Session
Students arrive with different levels of playing experience and different things they want to work on. The Assessment Session helps establish where you are now, what needs attention and how mentorship could be structured around your playing.
What to Expect
The Assessment Session is a 30-minute one-on-one meeting conducted online.
If you are returning to the guitar, we will clarify where to resume and what requires attention.
If you already play, you will share something you are working on. We will look at how you approach rhythm, tone, hand movement, musical awareness and practice.
You will receive:
- A clear understanding of your current stage of learning
- Observations about areas that need development
- Suggestions that can help you improve
- An outline of how mentorship would be structured
This is not a trial lesson.
It is an opportunity to understand which technical and musical habits may be slowing down your progress.
Assessment Session Details
Fees
• The Assessment Session fee is INR 1,000.
If you begin mentorship during the same month or the following month, the assessment fee will be credited towards your first month's mentorship fee.
Scheduling
• Assessment Sessions are scheduled during specific morning and evening blocks on weekdays.
• You will be able to indicate your preferred timing window in the assessment intake form.
• Available dates will be shared based on current slot availability.
Confirmation
• Once a suitable slot is agreed upon, payment details will be shared.
• The session is confirmed after payment is received.
• The payment window is 24 hours. Unpaid slots will be released after the payment window expires.
Working Hours
11 AM – 8 PM IST
