Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The GuitarBaba.


These terms outline how lessons and mentorship are conducted. By booking a session or making a payment, you agree to the following.

1. Mentorship Structure

Guitar mentorship is conducted in monthly cycles.

  • A standard month includes 4 sessions.
  • Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.
  • Mentorship is designed as a three-month developmental cycle for meaningful progress.
  • Students are encouraged to approach the learning process with consistency and commitment.

2. Assessment

  • A paid assessment session is required before beginning mentorship.
  • The assessment fee is ₹1,500.
  • If you begin mentorship in the immediate upcoming month, the assessment fee will be adjusted against your first month’s payment.
  • If you choose to delay enrollment beyond the upcoming month, the assessment fee will not be adjusted.

3. Payments

  • Monthly payment is required in advance to confirm your slot.
  • Sessions are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Sessions are valid only within the paid month and do not carry forward.

Preferred slots are held only until the communicated payment deadline. Unpaid slots may be released.

4. Attendance & Rescheduling

  • Sessions begin and end on time.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
  • A maximum of one rescheduled session per month is permitted.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed with an alternate date and time at the time of request.

5. Technical & Online Conduct

  • Students are responsible for:
  • Stable internet connection
  • Proper lighting
  • A tuned instrument
  • A distraction-free environment

If technical issues occur on either side, adjustments may be made where reasonably possible.

6. Recording

Sessions may be recorded for internal review, security, and quality purposes.

Recordings are not shared publicly without written consent.

7. Discontinuation

If a student shows repeated lack of engagement or effort over time, mentorship may be discontinued after written notice.

Any paid sessions within the current month will be honored.
