With over 30 years of experience across multiple genres, he focuses on making guitar playing joyful and accessible for everyone. His unique method cuts through excessive theory, helping students, from beginners to advanced players, find their musical voice. With a calm and patient approach, Sebastian guides you every step of the way, ensuring each lesson is both inspiring and effective.
In addition to his teaching prowess, Sebastian is an accomplished composer and producer. He has crafted memorable soundtracks for movie background scores, ad commercials, independent music albums, and two award-winning short films. His real-world industry experience enriches his creative work and brings valuable insights into his teaching, inspiring students to explore and expand their musical horizons.
Guitar Player
A self-taught guitarist, he began by learning songs entirely by ear. His early influences included iconic guitarists such as Mark Knopfler, Eric Clapton, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, and Carlos Santana.
Over the years, he played pop and Bollywood music in various bands, starting with Split Image and later Aqua Flow, known for corporate gigs.
His versatility extended into jazz, where he performed with "The Soft Rock Revolution" for six years, backing international singers at Jazz Yatra festivals.
Music Composer & Producer
While performing with pop bands, he explored technology, programming tracks on keyboards to meet the rising demand for electronic music. This eventually led him into music production for independent artists, ad commercials, and Bollywood films.
His production work enhanced his ability to think like a composer and arranger. This knowledge helps him create intricate guitar-based soundscapes and interesting chord voicings, ideal for songs, background scores, and various forms of media.
